Overview

This guide explains how to enable, disable, and manage the different service types (Dine-in, Pickup) for your EPOS 360 online store. Configuring these services allows you to control how customers can receive their orders, aligning your online offerings with your operational capacity.

Before You Begin

  • Permissions: You need access to online store settings.

  • Operational Readiness:

    • For Dine-in: Ensure you have a table/seat management system or a process for handling in-store consumption orders.

    • For Pickup: Designate a clear pickup area and process.

    • For Delivery: A delivery zone, fee structure, and either in-house or third-party delivery logistics must be set up first (this may be a separate configuration).


How to Access Operating Hours Settings

  1. Open your EPOS360 Merchant App.

  2. Tap "Sell" in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select the "Online" tab to access your store dashboard.

  4. Tap "Online Settings"


Step-by-Step: Enabling and Configuring Each Service

You will typically see a list of services with individual toggle switches and configuration panels.

Service 1: Pickup (Takeaway)

Allows customers to order online and collect their items at your store.

  1. Locate the "Pickup" option in the services list.

  2. Toggle the switch ON (it will turn blue) to enable the service

  3. Preparation time is set at 15 minutes as a default

Service 2: Dine-in

Allows customers to order via your online store for immediate consumption on your premises (often via QR code ordering at the table).
